What I can notarize
Common notarial acts.
- Acknowledgments for deeds, contracts, and agreements
- Jurats for affidavits and sworn statements
- Oaths and affirmations
- Signature witnessing
- Copy certifications where permitted
- Loan and closing packages by arrangement
Before your appointment
- Bring a valid, unexpired government photo ID for each signer.
- Do not sign the document beforehand unless it calls for it. Many acts require signing in my presence.
- All signers must be present, willing, and able to understand the document.
- Bring the complete document, with no blank required fields.
Please note. A notary public is not an attorney and cannot give legal advice, draft legal documents, or tell you which document or notarial act you need. A notary verifies identity and witnesses signatures. If you need legal guidance, please consult a licensed attorney.
